Gerald T. Ater: Chairman of corporation and original incorporator as established in 1983. Previously owned and managed a successful residential/light commercial construction company for twelve years. Jerrod M. Amole: President / General Manager – Responsible for overall management of company with primary emphasis on sales and completion of field work on construction projects. Twenty plus years in construction experience. (email Jerry)

Michele R. Corley: Vice President Administration and Secretary / Treasurer of Corporation – Responsible for the company office operations including Accounting Department, Human Resources, and coordinating the Safety and Health programs.
